This document outlines the options for integrating eADM the Zisson Interact contact center solution.
Overview
Zisson Interact is a cloud-based, omnichannel contact center platform. It offers flexible solutions for managing customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, web chat, email, chatbots, social media, and SMS.
There are two main methods for managing the flow of user data into Zisson.
Integration Options
Option 1: One-Way CSV Export
The first option is a one-way export of user data from eADM Zisson using a CSV file.
Option 2: Azure AD Synchronization (Recommended)
The second and highly recommended option is to use Zisson's native two-way integration with Azure AD.
In this scenario, eADM role is to manage and prepare the user data and attributes in the user profiles in Azure AD. This ensures that the user data is always accurate and allows Zisson's synchronization service to filter and import only the intended users into the contact center solution.
