Integration/Target systems

This document provides a list of third-party business systems that customers commonly integrate with. The list is not exhaustive but serves as a guide to the systems we currently support.

Note: If you use a system that is not on this list, please contact us. We regularly develop new integrations based on customer requests.

Integration Methods

Integration can be achieved through several methods, depending on the capabilities of the target system.

  • API: A direct, two-way integration. This method enables the most comprehensive automation.

  • AD / Azure AD: Integration via membership in security groups in a local Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.

  • XML / CSV: One-way communication via file transfers.


Integration Capabilities

Depending on the method, you can achieve different levels of automation:

  • Automated User Provisioning: For systems marked with API, CSV, or XML, user accounts can be automatically created and managed directly within the business system.

  • Automated Access Management: For systems marked with API, access rights and roles can be managed automatically and in real time, provided the system supports this functionality.

  • Automated Group Membership: For systems marked with AD, Azure AD, or Google, users can be automatically added to or removed from access groups.

  • Automated Notifications: For all systems, including those not listed here, automated notifications or order requests can be configured.

Source systems provide data to the platform, typically from HR and payroll systems.
