How to find users excluded by the main filter

If you notice that users who exist in your HR system are missing in eAdm, they may have been excluded by the main import filter. You can verify this by searching the import log using the following steps:

  1. Go to Synchronization > Import History.

  2. Click on the most recent import job to view its details.

  3. Go to the Import Log tab.

  4. In the search field, type "Hovedfilter" (Main filter) and press Enter.

You will now see a list of all users who were filtered out by the main filter during that specific import, as shown in the image below. Each log entry will display "Filtered user ID..." for an excluded user.
