If a manual or scheduled sync has recently completed but you do not see the expected changes in the user interface, the issue is likely caused by your web browser's cache. Your browser stores temporary data to load pages faster, which can sometimes prevent it from displaying the latest updates.
The solution is to clear the app cache directly from the settings menu.
How to clear your browser cache

Click " Settings " in the left-hand menu.

Click the " Clear browser cache " button at the bottom of the main window.
After clearing the cache, the page will reload and display the most recent data from the latest sync.
