Users with department manager permissions or higher can reset and send a new password to their employees via text message.
Procedure

Search for the relevant user.

Click the button to send the user a new password.

In the pop-up window, choose whether to send the text message to the employee's work phone number or personal phone number.

Click " Send new password."
The password will be updated in the target systems (AD/Azure AD) within one minute.
