How to Extend the Lifespan of Manual User Accounts

Department managers and users with higher permission levels can extend the validity period of manual user accounts.

Please note that this only works with active accounts. To reactivate an account that has already been deactivated, please visit eadm


Procedure

  1. Search for the user in eAdm.

  2. Click the button to change the expiration date, located in the top-right corner of the user's profile.

  3. Set the new expiration date.

Note: By default, the validity period can be extended by a maximum of three months at a time.
